Half year result FISAplus

Since January 1, 2023, FISAplus has been supporting international films and series in the cinema, TV and streaming sectors as well as Austrian TV and streaming productions.

The FISAplus team has already been able to approve 32 applications (more than the projects funded by FISA in 2022). The approval volume amounts to over 26 million euros, with a production volume of over 261 million euros. These include projects such as The Palace with Kate Winslet, the first Austrian Amazon series The Followers, Kafka and Vienna Blood.

Projects with planned expenditures of more than 90 million euros in Austria are currently being applied for.
